Fees
Charge is typically based on time and type of vehicle required for size of party. Guests travel in a comfortable vehicle and are in the company of a driver and a guide providing flexibility and maximum engagement.
Guide only service is offered when transportation is arranged separately or the service requested is “walking”.

Guide with transportation applies to reservations when we provide the vehicle suitable to the number of guests.

Payment terms
To confirm a service reservation we obtain credit card information (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). A deposit fee may be charged to the card. The full charge or remaining balance is applied at the completion of the service. Company checks are also accepted.
Cancellation policy
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of the requested service may be subject to a charge. We will advise. In all instances we strive to be as accommodating as possible.
